Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate, responsible and self motivated individuals to join us as a Customer Services Executive in our Raffles Medical China Clinic Customer Services team. The incumbent will be responsible for,

1. Work in the customer service team to deliver superior face to face service to our clients (German speaking.)
2. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
3. Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
4. Be familiar with the different methods of payment;
5. Record and file timely and ensure update.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Excellent German capability;
3. Available to work full-time, flexible roster including weekends;
4. Customer service mindset;
5. Team player with good communication skill.
6. 2-3 years working experience in related field
