职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1.跟踪客户对产品的各种要求，各项产品数据的生产状况，品质状况汇总Follow up high level customer account and any request from them, data analysis
2. 新产品开发前与各部门充分沟通保证业务流程顺利进行 Be responsible for new products development and communicate with relevant departments so as to make sure smooth and orderly new range development process;
3. 跟踪样品的色板状况，根据客户对色板的要求和业务跟单及技术部门进行沟通，保证样品按照客户要求进行制作，并将样品寄往指定的地点Follow up color swatches of the samples; communicate the sales requirements on the color swatches to the merchandisers and color swatches engineers; and keep the approved color swatches for management, arrange samples/color swatches/cloth samples/handles packaging and transport to appointed places;
4.跟踪产品质量投诉问题，联系质量部门对客户投诉问题提出解决方案，保证客户满意Follow up products quality complaints; arrange quality complaints and send to quality department; track and review quality complaints solution until sales and customers are satisfied;
5.陪同客户参观生产工厂，就样品制作，色板，皮样，布样等按照客户想要进行标注，做好客户对现场问题的跟踪 Follow up customer visit; arrange the showroom for different customers; prepare samples/color swatches/leather samples/cloth samples; make customer visit notes and follow up all the issued mentioned by customers or the sales; coordinate in reception work;
6.新产品产前样的拍照，对样品分类拍照，场景选择，根据客户的要求完成照片的修改New range photographing; color swatches/leather samples/cloth sample photographing; cooperate with employed photographer in catalogue photographing, scenes arrangement, workers arrangement; review the photoes and arrange photoes improvement until sales are satisfied;


COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格和能力要求

1, Bachelor degree or above with Internation trading/sales/English major, be proficient in mandarin and english
2, More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry or related trading company and well know furniture manufactory is preferred;
3,Analytic way of client characteristics and products for quotation;
4,Predictive abilities with carefully manner, be good at communicating with customers,internal department and factories ;
5,Team work sprirt to get on well with other department to finish the order smoothly;
6, Time management skills to follow up clients' request and feedback;
7, Can work under pressure, result-oriented
