Job Description

Based in Chengdu, reporting to Regional Sales Manager
Proactively promote Extron products & solutions to end use(s),architects,design institutes,and subcontractors
Assist in getting Extron products specified whenever possible
Develop an ongoing and sustainable relationship with resellers,system integrator,subcontractors to promote Extron products and S3 philosophy.
Maintain a good relationship with established accounts.
Help in developing winning proposals/sales proposals of major accounts.
Follow-up on regional proposal and bids.
Gather the market information and understand the competition position.

Qualification

Bachelor degree preferred, major in ICT, Electronics and Business or equivalent.
Prefer 3 years or more professional A/V industry experience.
Reasonable knowledge of Professional A/V Industry & Products or demonstrated ability to pick up the new technical knowledge quickly
Good verbal and written communication skill in English, Mandarin, computer-literate
Strong interpersonal and market focus skills, attention to details, self-motivated and a real team player.
Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement.
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed, to support sales efforts in the Region.
