Cement Equipment Maintenance Expert

Main Tasks:
To lead teams of maintenance and mechanical engineers contribute to Plant performance improvement, through analysis and recommendation related to preventive maintenance system, mechanical aspects of equipment operation, and costs to maintain; Business development; through technical support to projects and evaluation of equipment condition and maintenance practices in external companies in the frame of acquisition audits; Promoting and effectively transferring Maintenance and Technological know how within the region; Taking advantage from regional experience and studies to further enhance the knowhow in mechanical maintenance; Maintenance knowledge transfer and plant mechanical team skills and abilities enhancement.

Competencies:
Fluent English Speaker from Asian countries; Age between 35-50; Master degree in mechanical engineering; More than 10 years of work experience in cement industry electro-mechanical field, especially in promoting preventive or predictive maintenance concepts, must be familiar with advanced maintenance concepts such as TPM. Experience in maintenance manager position in cement industry, preferably cement plant manager level in a major worldwide cement group, with demonstrated managerial skills with Leadership and drive over the teams. With initiative and pro-activeness mindset and High level of communication skills to enable clear discussions and concise written reporting; Presentation skills are important not only for training, but also to communicate results of surveys and studies, both in the office and out on site. Facilitation of meetings is a common requirement, to involve each of the contributors, ensuring a complete outcome. Coaching skills are used to help develop people. Full mobility in Asian countries on short term assignments. Can move to China as next job base.
