Responsibilities:
1、Answering telephone call;
2、Handling any general correspondence;
3、Arranging for the dispatch and collection of documents
4、Arranging and scheduling meetings, setting up video and/or teleconferences and preparation of meeting packs.
5、Maintain an efficient system for filing and retrieval of documents.
6、Monitor deadlines and follow up actions in relation to equipment and assets maintenance.
7、Managing office supplies, stationery and storage space.
8、Provide other ad-hoc administrative and support the company culture building when assigned.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree and above
2、Good communication skill and organizing skills
3、Can speak in English
4、PC literacy
5、The clerical cretarial experience is prefer
