职位描述：
-To achieve agreed sales, profit/cost and stock targets through effective managing the workforce and ensuring an optimal execution of company business strategies.

-To effectively explain corporate strategies, decisions, policies, so that the workforce is convinced and to fully implement such strategies and policies in the store.
有效地解释公司战略、决策和政策，以便说服商场团队在商场全力执行既定的战略及政策。
-To recruit, train and develop a team of management and staff who are equipped and motivated to perform tasks at required standard and meet targets set by the management.
招聘、培训及发展管理团队及员工，使他们能够具备足够的技能和激情按照公司要求的标准实现管理层设定的目标。
-To market the store in the local environment in order to present the best possible profile of the company.
在当地大力推广商场形象，展现公司最好的一面。
-To take responsibility for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets.
负责员工、顾客、库存及公司其他资产的安全。
-To take responsibilities for the store compliance with Health and safety regulations to protect both employees and customers.
负责商场遵循健康及安全条例，保护员工及顾客安全。
-To frequently examine the store in terms of procedure, layout and organization etc. and propose suggestions for improvements.
经常检查商场的流程、布局及架构等，提出改进建议。
-To implement procedures so that visible and invisible shrinkage falls within acceptable levels.
执行公司流程，使显性和隐形的损耗控制在可接受的范围内。
-To provide professional training in order to develop qualified and motivated staff for managerial positions within the company.
