职位描述：
1、筛选代理商，培训代理商，提高渠道质量，完成销售任务；
2、为代理商提供产品的售前支持、方案编写、产品演示，维护代理商关系；
3、调研客户问题、挖掘客户需求；调研客户问题、挖掘客户需求，制定PDM市场策略；
4、建立渠道规则，完善渠道销售和技术服务标准
5、组织策划市场活动
任职要求：
1、有三年以上软件产品、咨询服务、解决方案等销售经验，有成功案例者优先考虑；
2，有PLM/PDM等产品的渠道销售经验
3、 了解企业信息化建设，了解国内外主流企业应用管理软件；
4、 具备良好的沟通、表达、演讲、商务谈判能力。
