Key Accountabilities
1. Contact with customers, sales department, warehouses and other relative departments of divisions to understand payment processes, financial status and payment plan.
2. Reconcile with the customer about invoices and payments on monthly basis.
3. Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve payment dispute or other problems affect payment.
4. Record the customers’ information, invoices, payment, payment term etc. in EAS system.
5. Execute continuous improvement initiatives and support the simplification and standardization of AR processes across various entities.
6. Monitor the status of individual credit accounts so that problem debts can be quickly identified and addressed.
7. Perform bad debt analysis to ensure bad debt reserve requirements are within corporate guidelines.
8. Periodically collect and supervise the AR tracking sheet to monitor the billing process.
9. Periodically analyse and prepare AR aging and overdue analysis.
10. Participate in month end AR close process and ensure accounting accuracy.
11. Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures related to AR.
12. Other AR-related tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree of Finance or Accountant
2. Professional accounting qualification
3. Track record of continuous professional development
Skills (including languages):
1. Good communication for English and Chinese
2. Knowledge of EAS systems and office software such as Excel
3. Utilise good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
4. Work as a supportive, co-operative team member
5. Demonstrate good communication skills to keep good relationship
6. Strong coordination skills to resolve outstanding with different department and clients
7. Work with high volume in systematic way
8. Quick learner and can work under pressure
9. Ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative in solving problems and suggesting improvements to AR collection.
10. High degree of responsibility
