职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborateswith business community to ensure process and people improvements areaddressed.

2. Preparesproject deliverables including (but not limited to) process flows, businessrequirements, statements of work and functional design specifications.

3. Designs"user ready" applications which are easy to use and have userhelp. Collaborates with business toensure business change management, user training and user support are plannedand implemented.

4. Identifiesand evaluates solution options from a functional perspective through fit/gapanalysis, prototyping, evaluating customization, etc.

5. Forsmall projects, manages the project to successful implementation. Clarifies and communicates commitments andprogress to plan. Effectively managestasks, resources, deliverables, budget, change, risk and issues. Coordinates,communicates, guides and leads project team on a daily basis to ensure membersare able to carry out their work timely and adequately.

6. Ensuressolutions are designed to be cost effective and sustainable. Works closely with manufacturing managementteam to set objectives for user adoption and designs solutions and deploymentsaccordingly. Considers ongoing operations of deployed solutions. Ensures effective application support andmaintenance.

7. Worksclosely with IT Technical Managers, IT Project Manager and IT Service Managersto identify application support requirements and ensure smooth transition ofdevelopment projects to support organization.

Desired Skills andExperience

Requirements:

1. Great communication and interpersonal skills

2. Experience / knowledge of cross function business /process management

3. Experience / knowledge of CRM, HRIS, etc. highly desired.

4. Must be able to set clear scope and fulfil it in a stagedand structured fashion

5. Must be self-motivated and able to learn and apply newskills quickly

6. Facilitate business requirement gathering and trainingsessions

7. Work with and influence other teams (IT and functional)

8. Project management skills preferred

Experience:

1. Atleast three years of functional experience in applications design development,implementation of business applications (CRM, HR etc. related).

Education:

1. Universitydegree in Information Technology / Software, or Industry Engineering

2. Ableto communicate orally and in writing (requirement document, project charter andtechnical specifications) in English and Chinese.

Other: Willingness to travel and flexible onschedule
