要求 :

能獨立處理會計帳目的, 畢業於大學及本科財務系


岗位职责 :
Responsibilities:
？ Checking daily Invoice (Fa Piao) & vouchers data entry & filing.
？ Handle daily payment & Account payable.
？ Handle Account receivable & follow up overdue invoice & Debit Note.
？ Staff expenses claims handling.
？ Checking petty cash record.
？ Handle Salesman commission.
？ Handle Inventory and consignment stock control.
？ Assist Manager in performing Ad-hoc assignments as required.
？ Checking full set of I/E documents & Logistics arrangement.
？ Liaise with Bankers, Legal, Professional, Taxation and Accounting Consultants.
？ Prepare reports & assist in Audit preparation.
？ Support in office administrative tasks.
？ Accounting month ended closing via Flexsystem.
？ Prepare financial reports for consolidation purpose. 举报 分享
