The mission of the Digital Marketing Executive is to support Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to execute the PUMA China interactive activities for display ads, campaign website, social media, and mobile communication, as well as e-commerce.
He/She will achieve this mission by:
* Campaign Execution
- Manage production agency to prepare all digital related campaign materials
- Work with search engine agency to develop SEM strategy and creative update for campaign
- Handle/consolidate campaign report with agency support
- Build relationship with media vendors and produce content for brand/product
* Owned Social Media Content Management
- Manage social media agency to develop monthly social calendar following global social calendar
- Manage social media agency to develop weekly social media content plan
- Ensure the social media agency execution is following confirmed monthly social calendar and weekly content plan
- Work with social media agency on we media/KOL to amplify influence
- Work on paid social media and monitor result
* Research / Insights
- Analyze the competition from an ergonomic, communicational, strategic and conceptual point of view
- Participate in the research of user types, the creation of prototypes and usability tests and prepare reports
- Understand segments of the target audience: online behavior, needs, motivations, objectives; discover insights (consumer,, internet, iMarketing, etc);
* Project Execution
- Assist in executing all digital activities
- Budget, timeline, production quality control on project basis
- Utilize internal and external reporting tools to compile detailed website usage and digital marketing reports regularly, assist to provide analyses and recommendations for improvements and customer experience enhancement
- Recommend new ideas, identify social media and communication campaign opportunities
- Ensure usage of logo, content/message and overall tone and manner is correct and base on overall campaign/brand guideline
- Responsible for payment and admin work related to all digital projects
* Internal / External Relationship
- Work with the local online agencies and the local online buying Zenith agencies
- Develop key relationship with media contact to capture and editorial opportunities
- Help to collect and consolidate the latest digital trends/applications/sites to colleagues across other teams
- Digital projects status reporting internally on monthly basis
- Participate yearly interactive agency and online media buying agency evaluation
- Work with the project leader for competitive analysis and target group within online and mobile marketing
- Work closely with PR and Brand Comm team to utilize all brand assets and deliver the key message correctly
