Job Introduction

Reporting to the Head of IT in Bupa Global Shanghai office, you will be responsible to act as 1st line IT support for Bupa Global Greater China (BGGC), and to assist BGGC IT Manager and Bupa Consulting Beijing (BCB) IS Manager for assigned IT activities.

Main Responsibilities
?Act as business contact for daily IT issues in BGGC
?Coordination of IT service tickets with Global Server Desk (GSD)
?Coordinate & Manage local IS infrastructure (Shanghai Office and Suzhou Data centre) with Region IS
?Ensure all day to day support issues are accurately logged, prioritized, monitored and managed within SLA
?To undertake detailed investigation and specification of service related issues
?Build an effective working relationship with GSD and users
?Manage business stakeholders and users by providing clear and accurate updates
?Monitor and support the availability and effectiveness of CRM system applications and CRM DR site
?To participate in a shift work and ad-hoc IT support activities
?Application support in China offices
?Generate routine/standard IT reporting
?Data & Network system maintenance

The Ideal Candidate
?MCSE; CCNA; OCA with fluency in English and Chinese, written and verbal
?Over 3 years work experienced on IS service.
?Over 1 years experienced of help desk
?Prior experience as IS engineer in small to medium sized operation;
?Experience in dealing with international IS issues and IS departments.
?Understanding of MS Domain, HA, Cluster, SQL Database, Cisco IOS, Mail System, HP Server, Storage Hardware Maintenance.
?Strong problem solving skill, organized, willing to learn new knowledge, and attentive to details.
