Title
* Compensation & Benefits (Manager)
Location

Objectives of the Position
* Responsible for C&B management in GRC region, support on C&B strategy design/refresh and ensure C&B practices in line with DAG policy and Government regulations;
* Ensure the smooth operation of compensation and benefits related administration tasks with PER. e.g. market benchmarking, Merit Increase Budget Approval, etc.;
* Responsible for daily communication with KAs or other departments with C&B issues in GRC region;
* Contact with F&C, Legal and Tax departments etc. in HRC Policy & Process Team
* Manage service quality of key vendors in HR, e.g. Symphony;
* Work with HR IT system regarding benefits topics
Task & Responsibilities
* Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Support supervisor to ensure the rationality of C&B strategy in GRC;
- Lead annual salary review process and other C&B related tasks;
- Responsible for consolidation and analysis of C&B related reports;
- Responsible for annual salary survey with consulting firms;
- Prepare annual review reports;
- Present C&B information in internal orientation event;
- Provide communication and consultancy to HR/KA team and daily cooperation to deliver professional solution.
* Compensation and Benefits Projects
- Keep high attention to market trend and analyze the feasibility, pros and cons of popular products from GRC;
- Lead and management compensation and benefits projects, responsible for task allocation, resource management, team meeting and report management;
- Project design, on-goding management, output review and evaluation.
* Policy and Process Management
- Ensure C&B policies and guidelines in GRC region in line with DAG policy, Government regulations;
- Ensure policies and guidelines implementation on time;
- Ensure internal consistency of policy, process and guideline within region;
- Support internal auditing activities, and follow up related remediation plan.
* Vendor Management
- Take the lead to control vendors to ensure all the service meet SLA’s requirements (including consulting firm, insurance company and Symphony);
- Maintain daily communication with Symphony, Insurance vendor and consulting firms;
- Facilitate daily communication between Kas or employees with service providers e.g. Insurance company, Symphony etc.
* Other Tasks
- Support HR team in GRC region by demand;
- Provide C&B info support to HR colleagues of JVs, BUs and Project teams, when needed;
- Responsible for the ongoing projects, follow up and track the result;
- Communicate/cooperate with different parties;
- Collaborate HR internal resources in case needed.
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
* Education & Experience
- University or above degree in Human Resources or business administration, 6+ years related working experience
- Good overall knowledge in Human Resources, project management experience preferred
- Adequate experience as main contributor for HR C&B projects
- Experience of working abroad or in MNC in China
* Special Knowledge/Competencies
- Good command of English and Chinese ( written and spoken ), excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Mastery of MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint, database management experience referred
- Good knowledge of HR IT system and other database system
- Knowledge of local labor law and government rules and regulations
- Trustful, honest, strong attention to detail and high rate of accuracy
- Strong sense of responsibility, high reliability and confidentiality consciousness
- Customer oriented, good team player, pro-active attitude, multi-task and independent work capability
