Job Description : Play a key role on the Internal Audit team-leading internal investigations for Keysight Technologies, a world-class electronic measurement company that helps technology leaders bring breakthrough products to market. We are looking for a strong leader who has 8 to 10 years of experience in internal investigations working on the internal audit team of a publicly traded multinational company or with the investigation department of a reputable accounting firm.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading an international team of audit professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds responsible for internal investigations, with a focus in Asia.

2. Investigating a variety of occupational fraud following the standard of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, identifying process gaps, developing recommendations for business managers, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.

3. Partnering closely with other key business functions including compliance, Legal and HR to reach conclusions that are in the best interest of the company.

4. Detecting potential occupational fraud through data-intensive analysis and providing consulting services to internal business partners as required.

5. Partnering with other Internal Audit departments to conduct operational, compliance and financial audits of Keysight’s business processes and controls.

This position has the opportunity to travel up to 25% during the year.

External Qualifications : Basic requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent and Certified Fraud Examiner Certification

Desired: Master Degree or Certified Internal Auditor designation

Because this position is highly visible to senior management, a successful candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent organization skills, effective project management skills, proven leadership skills, and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with external auditors, external government agencies and other stakeholders.

A successful candidate will be able to lead a diverse global team and also be a key contributor in investigation case management and perform critical steps of the investigation process. We are looking for this person to have deep knowledge and be able to guide team members in the following areas:

? Data review and analysis;

? Evidence collection from both internal sources and external sources;

? Confrontational interviews;

? Financial and operation control reviews;

? Compliance to company policies, process related reviews;

? Compliance to local regulation and FCPA.

A preferred candidate will demonstrate high integrity, exhibit sound judgment, maintain objectivity and independence, and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Ideally the candidate will have at least 8 years of working experience in investigations with internal audit of a publicly traded multinational company or with the investigation department of a reputable accounting firm. Working knowledge of data mining, proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and working knowledge of ERPs (Oracle) are preferred.
