商务发展总监(分红,合伙人制,年收益30-50万)
薪资水平:努力决定收益。有相应的工资,不过我们希望你的年度分红比工资要多得多。
岗位职责:
1. 负责公司业务的开展及管理工作;
2. 制定公司战略发展规划,策划和整合公司产品及项目;
3. 推动和开发新产品;
4. 组织、制订营销发展规划及具体的销售计划;
5. 组织和带领销售团队拓展业务,完成公司年度销售计划;
6. 建立良好的客户关系和渠道,挖掘市场的潜在客户。

Business Development Director (profit sharing first, leading to partner of BU, annual salary 30 to 50k to more)
We are a small group of fine people looking for a creative person with entrepreneur spirit and strong management skills to join us and lead the development of our existing corporate training business: great products, but not yet marketed to their potential.
This is a fine opportunity for FIE employed people who feel that the limited freedom they are experiencing at their work is not allowing them to play their full potential.
How much will you earn?
How far our corporate training BU will go (and thus also your annual bonus) will depend on your creativity, ability to turn this into action and your performance.
Of course you will receive a fair basic salary. But we expect your annual bonus to bring you more money than your combined annual salary.
What we will give to you:
a) An open-minded, energetic and respectful, international company atmosphere.
b) Freedom to try your ideas
c) You will work with the assistance of people who are highly experienced in design and sales of corporate training products.
d) Receive coaching from these people (and coach back).
What we expect from you:
The overall requirement is: That you are person who very high potential. Potential that is currently underused. And that you are willing to find a place to work to unfold the full potential.
Specifically, we will require the successful candidate to:
1. To be in charge of promoting and managing the company’s corporate training products.
2. Develop company strategy,plan and execute promotion of existing training programs and packages.
3. Drive development of new products.
4. Decide and drive marketing approach and execute sales to achieve goals.
5. Manage the operation so that your sales goals are exceeded.
6. Establish effective client and channel relations, increase customer base.
7. Contribute to projects of other partners.

C1st, a German owned training company, was founded in 2007.
Our pride are self-developed training programs and projects,highly positive client feedback and clean business ethics. We are not as strong in marketing though: packaging and deploying all our resources to increase business results. Hence we are looking for you.
If company culture is an important factor for you to choose a place to work at (for us it certainly is), here is what we value: Honesty, mutual trust, joy of work, high energy and recognition for performance,creative. And yes: we consider work fun.
We do not tolerate office politics (if you attempt to introduce this, our co-operation will end fast). We are committed to remain a company where people are happy when it’s a Monday morning and they can go to work.
