职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following HAVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Tax Policy and Strategy Support
1.Implement company’s newly-revised tax policies and strategies and supervise the entire process
2.Carry out monthly tax declaration and annual corporate income tax liquidation
3.Provide management with precise and prompt tax regulation updates
4.Coordinate tax plan and find changes to optimize tax
Tax Control Support
1.Assist tax director by taking responsibility for company’s tax planning and compliance with national and regional corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes laws or regulations
2.Prepare tax report which will be submitted to corporate tax dept or external tax authorities
3.Coordinate with tax director for abnormal tax issues solving
4.Prepare and document financial statement tax provision
5.Provide related consulting service to other related departments or functions
6.Help staff to deal with all kinds of potential tax issues e.g. TP investigation, VAT vs. BT, Stamp Duty, etc
Coaching and Training
1.Responsible for training and consulting of tax employees
2.Provide ongoing coaching, training and development of employees


Qualification:
1. University degree in accounting, finance or other related field.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in tax function, experience in VAT and BT is preferred.
3.Good tax knowledge, familiar with PRC tax laws and regulations, basic accounting knowledge.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Excellent Excel /Word skill.
6. Ability to work with multi-tasks, independently.
