The Main Responsibilities
1.S&OP/MLP : processes governance and execution for China Region:
2.Demand Planning : Partner with Marketing and Sales, to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long term); Ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives;
3.Restrictions Analysis: Work closely with other key functions, including Finance, Purchasing, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales and Operations to recommendation of feasible plans to deliver the company objectives, both service and financial. Facilitate the S&OP executive reviews, organize the participation of key executives, ensure the correct data and metrics are available, present critical issues, risks and opportunities and drive decision making for all key issues. Serve as a key leader for the implementation of all strategies and initiatives to ensure the S&OP process to be a benchmark process within the organization;
4.Process Governance: Create the S&OP minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions. Document and share "best practice" methods, processes and ideas across the business’s supply chain operations to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations;
Education Background: Bachelor degree or above
Major Requirements:
·ystemic view of the business as a whole to find the ideal trade-off between stability required by operations and flexibility required by the market;
·Understand different stakeholders requirements, interfacing with all core areas of the company;
·Ability to not only define a good strategy, but also be able to execute with excellence;
·Act as a liaison between the marketing/sales, supply chain, finance, PMO, and Operations teams
Work Experiences:
·At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Operation Planning - S&OP
·Strong Analysis skills, logical skills.
Language Requirements: English is mandatory
Computer Requirements: Excel and SAP
