职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Create, manage and maintain the lifecycle of business process outsourcing
? Recruit, develop and manage a team of strong analysts to optimize Japan Accounts Payables process with the expectation for the team size to expand
? Scope and implement accounts payable solutions for emerging business areas by acting as both liaison and process owner between Japan Shared Services team and various software development teams
? Actively identify and drive the department's overall cost effectiveness
? Identify process inefficiencies and work closely with Global Shared Services teams and Technical Systems team to scope and implement solutions
? Maintain and create key performance indicators and communicate accordingly with key business partners with specific focus on customer experience, risk areas and road blocks impacting the performance of the team
? Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies and procedures
? Quarterly/Bi-annually international travel is required

Basic Qualifications
? B.S. or B.A. in Finance / Accounting or related field
? 7+ years of financial and/or operational experience
? Fluent in both written and spoken business Japanese and English language

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with complex problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques desired
? Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
? Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills in a cross cultural setting
? Independent and Entrepreneurial – ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
? Confidence in communicating and enforcing difficult business decisions
