The company was founded in 1997 and is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Sweden. The head office and production is located in Goteborg, Sweden, with subsidiaries in Italy, the US, the UK and China. Arcam EBM systems have been sold to customers all over the world. In Asia Pacific today there are systems installed in Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. In 2006 Arcam entered Chinese Market, and in 2010 China office was established. Arcam Asia Pacific was founded in 2013. As the only branch company of Arcam in Asia Pacific, Arcam (Beijing) Industrial Equipment Limited is responsible for sales and service in the Asia Pacific Region.
