Goodman is an integrated property group that owns, develops and manages industrial property and business space globally. We invest in business parks, office parks, industrial estates and warehouse and distribution centres. We also offer a range of property funds, giving investors access to our specialist services and property assets.
2006 Goodman launched in China through the built-to-suit development for Exel (now DHL). The development is now one of Goodman's showpiece distribution centres in China. Total assets under management in China are valued at US$2 billion which includes 2.2 million sqm and 30 stabilised properties. We have a current landbank of 2 million sqm.
Today, we have more than 380 employees in Greater China in a range of activities and professions including legal, risk management, fund management, property management, building services, leasing, property development, marketing, human resources, finance and information technology.
