Job Description:

 Reviews specifications, drawings, and vendor equipment documentation from both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution
 ?Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
 ?Provides close interface with, and promotes the understanding of, other discipline functions
?Other related duties/functions as assigned

Basic Requirements:

1.Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Architecture.
2. 5 years of related experience. Knowledge of relevant Chinese code and standard and familiar with international standard.
3.Experience of architecture Design, Checking and Review. Familiar with delivery for every design phase, such as cost estimate; conceptual; preliminary; detail engineering design.
4.Experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines
5.Good responsibility and team work.
6.Effective communication skill with spoken, reading, listening and written in English
7.Experience in working with people of different culture and backgrounds.Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets
8.Proficient in the use of Microstation and AutoCAD.
9.Class one Architectural registration
10.Chemical project experience preferred.
11.Experience with large CDI or international E&C firm. 举报 分享
