职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
-Receive and sign in all visitors, provide general information and arrange visitor properly;
-Work as a telephone operator and effective process all incoming calls;
-Receive, distribute and arrange the express delivery
-Co-ordinate with meeting room arrangements;
-Responsible for interview coordination
-Ensure compliance of the Company’s Business Ethics policies and Company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
-Diploma or above degree;
-A team player who is able to work under minimal supervision;
-Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
