Job Responsibilities:

-Monitor accounting activities to comply with company policies and local regulation
-Invoice checking and ensure invoices are sent correctly

-Ensure consistency of data for month-end closing

-Optimize standard cost and prepare cost analysis report
-Ensure the accuracy of tax reporting and meets the schedule
-Ensure the accuracy of monthly reconciliation and meets the schedule
-Optimize operation process with appropriate internal controls and measures as required
-Liaising with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensuring that the Company meets and complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements
-Liaising with local authorities on taxation, annual tax package and related matters

-Strong business acumen

Job Requirement:

-University Degree in Accounting

-2 years of working experience within a MNC enviornment

-Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

-Customer focus

-Excellent co-ordination and communication skills

-Willing to be mobilized to other work location
