Job Description:

-Responsible for monitoring accuracy and efficiency of clearance process through agents management, internal process coordination, external relationship maintenance, and support urgent clearance cases

-Manage relationship with local Customs, China inspection and quarantine

-Customs and import & export related risk/issue identify, manage and follow up from external and internal perspective; support on Customs significant issue/investigation/audit

-Work with cross team to solve all supply related issues to meet customer needs within target service level from Customs

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree/university diploma or above, business/trading/logistics field is preferred.
-3 years above of the customs experience(multinational corporations or petro-chemical industry is preferred); experience with material planning, transportation and logistics is preferred;
-Certificate of Customs declaration or CIQ declaration is a must;
-Familiar with shipping, CIQ and customs clearance requirement and process;
-Good team work spirit, interpersonal skills and proactive working attitude
