Job Description:
?Responsible for planning, arranging, monitoring, and supervising all aspects of construction quality activities at site under the management of site quality manager
?Ability to review technical documents and ensure work complies with approved procedures and specifications by monitoring / auditing contractors' work.
?Conduct site audit when needed. Auditor training is an asset.
?Attend and/or conduct Contractor Kick-off Meetings. Generate and submit clear and concise quality reports within 48 hours after scheduled inspection/auditing/checking.
? Maintains records, reports, and documents to meet company or regulatory requirements
? Issue/ close nonconformance reports when equipment / materials presented by contractors are deemed to are complied the requirements.
?Travel as required by Assignment's site location

Basic Requirements:
1.8 Years QA/QC experience in Engineering & Construction
2.3 Years in Site Quality Lead/Manager Position
3.University Diploma, (or equivalent), Major at Engineering
4.Registered Auditor will be preferred
5.Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000 series "Quality Standards"
6.Knowledge and understanding of ASME, AWS, GB and related standards
7.Knowledge and understanding most of Material, Mechanical, CSA, Electrical and Painting/Insulation etc
8.Effective application of ISO 9000 series and Company procedures
9.Effective communication skills, fluency in English
10.Effective report writing, document management and PC skills
