POSITION: Cashier

REPORTING TO: Financial Controller

RESPONSIBILITY: Support accounts payable

1.0 AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1.1 Petty cash handling for the Shanghai office and all site
1.2 Check paper work and all supporting document for payment
1.3 Payment key into electronic bank
1.4 Accurate posting and payment of all monthly accounts
1.5 Find out copy tax invoice for reimbursable claim
1.6 Check all original tax invoice for Site and branch petty cash
1.7 Assisting the accounts payable with day to day duties
1.8 Other duties as requested from time to time


2.0 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

2.1 Possess Accountant Professional Certificate （会计上岗证）


3.0 EXPERIENCE

3.1 Fresh graduate is preferred

4.0 SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

4.1 Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
4.2 Possess good written and oral English communication skills
4.3 Ability to work under minimal supervision and (at times) under pressure.
4.4 Flexibility with regard to varied workload and constant deadlines.
4.5 Being reliable, trustworthy and dependable in performing the above tasks
4.6 Accurate with good attention to detail
