REPORTING TO: Project Manager/Safety Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oral & Written translation
-Taking & distributing meeting minutes
-Filing / Documents control
-General secretarial and administration tasks
-Other tasks as assigned by the Construction Manager.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEIRENCE REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor Degree in Administration or English language
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills
-Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
-Teamwork oriented, pleasant personality
-Ability to work under minimal supervision and (at times) under pressure.
-Ability to quickly comprehend and perform job request to a high standard.
-Well organised
-Hands on team player. Support and back up other staff members
-Experience in the Construction Industry and prior experience for Foreign Companies will be considered favourably.
