BU：Nestle Purina Petcare

Location：Beijing

Our two-year Sales Trainee Program, located across various nationwide sites, will see you undertaking three placements for the duration of the scheme. These could be in Pet/Vet Channel, Breeder Channel, Channel & Category Sales Development. From these placements, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Sales and Nestlé Purina business, working across different categories and business areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Exceed the sales targets, which are based on the execution of company sales strategy and

completion of different KPIs;

2. Develop, promote and maintain local customers, excel at products distribution, display, pricing

and activities execution; improve the service level, number of active stores & sales volume;

3. Focus on the industry & category development, provide business strategy and development

plan based on the insights of local market, and increase the market share;

4. Expert in Purina brands and products professional knowledge and provide highly quality

consumer education;

5. Based on company brand promotion strategy, ensure the key events will be launched in different

area and executed perfectly;

6. Work closely with other colleagues to achieve team targets.

Requirements:

1.Passionate about sales work, action-orientated and result-oriented;

2. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 2020 or 2021 graduated students

3. Veterinary Medicine/Clinical Veterinary Science/Bio-engineering related majors;

4. Excellent written and spoken Chinese & English language skills;

5. Proactive personality, fast-learner and team spirit;

6. Eager to learn and willing to embrace new challenges, Posses the leadership skills;

7. Seek for long-term career development in Nestlé and could be assigned to different

working location during the rotation;

8. Love pet and have interest in FMCG industry
