We train selected Chinese managers/engineers as trainer to assure they in turn can cascade the training they will get in the different training packages to other employees and we also use them as translators and guides in the reference mill training. Those Managers/engineers as trainer in the 1st phase, will report to the Training and Recruitment Director/ Mill Director. Later on they will be full time operational managers or engineers respectively.

We are looking for engineers with experience from the pulp- and paper industry, who are willing to help train future colleagues both as a tutor and as a mentor.

To be able to do this we offer an employment as a Trainer first and a two months long training in Sweden. The position as a Trainer will during the process be transformed to a position as an engineer or manager.

The Trainer shall execute the training of employees both in China and in Sweden and Finland.

Responsibility
-To utilize their own training to be able to train colleagues in the pulp and Board process to have employees with the required competence to start up and run the mill at start-up.

-Serve as translators when needed
-Serve as guides at reference mills
-Take part in planning of trainings


Requirements

-University degree in suitable area, engineer
-Excellent English, spoken and written. Chinese is a must
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Meritorious (not a requirement but a plus)
-Experience from paper and Pulp process (with maintenance experience or with logistic experience or with experience in pulp)
-Previous experience of training
-Other languages

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
