Job description
Roll-out and implementation of company's business practice policy and other relevant Group of Business Area Ethics and Compliance policies;
Ethics and Compliance training and information sharing or communication;
Conducting early case investigations, reporting and identifying Ethics and Compliance incidents and metrics to related parties;
Conducting Ethics and Compliance (e.g. corruption) risk assessments;
Upholding other required compliance processes;
General local support to Group Ethics and Compliance;
Integrate with high integrity with the joint venture's different operations (mill investment project, plantations and mill operations) to ensure clear understanding of, and attention to, compliance requirements, potential issues and opportunities for enhancement;
Supervising the management of ethics and compliance litigation matters;
Other administrative and civil litigations, excluding forest or industry or mill related issues;

Requirements
Legum Baccalaureus or Master of Law;
5 plus years' experience at a large law firm or a corporate legal department, including but not limited to drafting policies, training, auditing and providing solutions;
Demonstrated capacity standing up to challenging business conditions and harsh demands in a Chinese environment;
Team leadership skill;
Demonstrated experience from identifying and resolving legal (compliance) issues quickly and effectively and ability to take real time decisions;
Ability to communicate using English (and Chinese) and outstanding interpersonal skills;
Ability to travel internationally and domestically;
Enthusiastic on compliance tasks and responsibilities;
Working experience in Chinese Procuratorate Anti-Corruption Bureau is an advantage;
Experience in leading compliance organization for MNC in China;
Experience from ethic and compliance audit works;

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
