In charge of legal work and supporting ethic & compliance tasks of the industry areas, reports to the Legal Director of the overall project, with an indirect line to two business leaders of the industry areas.

Job description
Identify and manage legal risks and opportunities;
Provide prompt and clear report and analysis to project legal function, as well as working with peers for proactive and innovative solutions;
Composing and managing machinery and construction contract templates (domestic and international);
Building up legal cases and prepare for potential claims (either from or towards suppliers). Working with business managers to assess risks and prepare action plans when necessary;
Advising on regulatory permits, government relations and regulatory affairs;
Structuring, negotiating and advising on both mill site Land Use Right and infrastructure related transactions, working with government authorities and support own business managers in complicated deal models;
Coordinating with application, finance and other functions to achieve legal and timely execution of mill site land related documents;
Support internal Legal Counsel of compliance during case investigation and solution implementation;

Requirements
Legum Baccalaureus/Master of Law;
English language Legum Baccalaureus (or equivalent);
5 plus years' experience of machinery, construction and industrial land related legal experience at a large law firm or a corporate legal department, including but not limited to drafting, negotiating and closing complex business transactions;
Team leadership skill;
Demonstrated experience from identifying and resolving legal issues quickly and effectively and ability to take real time decisions;
Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced environment;
Fluent in English and Chinese and outstanding interpersonal skills;
Ability to travel internationally and domestically;
Experience from multi Chinese industrial Land Use Right granting and infrastructure procedures;
Experience in machinery and construction related litigation/arbitration;
Experience from working with all levels of government (from province to county);

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
