Responsibilities
Supervising the fitout/finishes works of the project under the direction of the Deputy Construction Manager-Civil/Structural.
Ensuring that Contractors engaged on projects under the control of Hooker Cockram undertake their work in a safe manner and to the complete extent of the contracts in terms of quality, scope of works and performance.
Implementing project quality plan
Other tasks as assigned by your direct Manager and assist other project members as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Preferably Major in Interior Decoration
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience preferred, or exceptional experience with foreign companies.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Auto CAD and Project.
Reasonable command of oral and written English
Familiar with related local and National codes and standards
