职位描述：
Major tasks and responsibilities:
主要职责及工作内容：
1. Review and draft daily contracts (forest culture and management, harvesting, transportation, marketing, procurement and compensation, etc.);
1、 日常合同（营林、采伐、运输、销售、采购、补偿等）审查、草拟；
2. Handle all kinds of litigation (arbitration) cases involving the company as parties, participate and negotiate in major disputes (forest and wetland, operation damage, etc.);
2、 办理公司作为当事人的各类诉讼（仲裁）案件，参与重大纠纷（林地林木、运作损害等）处理、谈判；
3. Participate in the auditing of the management system of the Company and participate in the negotiation of important business (contract, procurement service, etc.);
3、 参与公司管理制度审核，参加重大商务（合同、采购服务等）谈判；
4. To interpret the legal consulting requirement of the business and functional department and propose legal advice for legal related matters;
4、 解答公司业务、职能部门的法律咨询需求，对涉及法律风险事项提出法律建议；
5. Draft and review the law document and participate in the bid invitation and submission activities;
5、 草拟、审核公司对外法律文件，参与公司的招投标活动；
6. Legal problem research and legal knowledge training;
6、 法律问题研究、法律知识培训；
7. Other work assigned by Head of Forestry Legal Counsel or legal director.
7、 林业法务负责人或法务总监交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements:
职位要求：
1. University law (law) graduate, passing the national judicial examination (or legal examination);
1、 大学法学（法律）本科毕业，通过国家司法考试（或律考）；
2. Down-to-earth work attitude, integrity, devotion, abide by professional ethics;
2、 工作务实、为人正直；爱岗敬业，恪守职业道德；
3. With excellent communication and coordination ability and able to adapt to travel;
3、 具有良好的沟通、协调能力，能适应出差；
4. Familiar with daily office software, handling procedures and legal documents writing, high efficiency;
4、 熟悉日常办公软件、办案流程及法律文书写作，工作效率高；
5. Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English;
5、 普通话流利、具备基础英语；
6. Good health, with more than 5 years’ work experience, including more than 3 years of legal practice experience, candidates with forestry legal experience or grass-roots legal work experience are preferred.
6、 身体健康，有5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上法律执业工作经验，有林业法务经验或基层法律工作经验者优先。 举报 分享

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
