Define training needs based on requirements, and manage training and competence development focusing on mill operation;
Define the overall training schedule together with Training & Recruitment manager;
Develop training initiatives and identify suitable suppliers/partners;
Plan making and implementation;
Training market's inventory;
Develop and train managers in the competence development process;

Requirements
University degree in relevant field;
Excellent in English and Chinese;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Previous experience of training;
Experience in paper and Pulp process is an advantage;
Outgoing and communicative;
Adaptable to work with multinational working environment;
Driven-takes initiatives;
Goal/result oriented;

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
