职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES 职责
1) Pulp and paper industrial maintenance department, central service division;
隶属于制浆造纸行业维保，中心服务部门
2) Report to central service manager;
向中心服务部门经理汇报
3) In charge of maintenance of the mill wide facilities, non-process equipment including vehicles, HVAC, Cranes, elevators and the statutory requirements applicable;
负责全厂公共设施的维保，非主生产流程设备，通风空调系统，行车，电梯及其他的负责的设备；
4) In charge of planning and scheduling the preventive and corrective maintenance works in the central service related;
负责计划部门的日常的预防性维修，设备故障修理
5) In charge of the workshop management, planning daily basis work task;
修理工厂的日常任务管理和计划
6) Supervision of maintenance works, preparation of maintenance procedures to ensure that maintenance operators are working efficiently and in safe conditions while developing their daily tasks;
维修工作的管理和监督，主导指定维护工作的标准流程和程序，以确保维修工高效和安全的工作
7) Support the other maintenance areas to make the whole mill time efficiency target achieved;
支持其它区域的维保工作，以保证完成全厂运行的效率目标达成
8) All the purchasing raised and follow up, consumables and spare parts arrangement;
所有相关的采购案并保持高效准总，消耗件及备件的管理
9) 5S implement

Profile: 要求
1) Between 3 and 5 years of experience in supervision of maintenance or industrial installation and maintenance;
3-5年的维修主管经验，或者是工业安装及维护经验
2) Experience in managing an industrial workshop repairing mechanical and electrical equipment will be advantageous

3) Advanced teamwork skills

4) Experience reporting to a direct manager will be essential
