职位描述：
The position will report to Director of Forestry Operation, leading OHS&SUS team to ensure quality and efficiency in the implementation of the Sustainability, Occupational health, safety and security agenda.

Responsibility on OHS:
- Set up and review of Operation Specific safety policies and procedures
- OHS implementation at forestry operations and forestry facilities including forestry offices, warehouses, forestry dormitories.
- Operation specific emergency response (eg. Fires, accidents)
- Support operational people report incidents and observations into the system
- Security management in forestry and dormitory in Beihai
- Monitor and follow progress in local OHS Audits
- Ensure specific process, procedures and tools to deliver on the OHS agenda
- Support any low performing area of forestry operations with regard to OHS and development of the OHS culture
- Ensuring that the OHS reporting and incident investigations as well as related corrective and preventive actions are carried out
- Deliver/conduct trainings (practical leadership, performance management and change management) at forestry as a support in improving the safety culture in forestry
- Closely monitor and keep track and bench mark of world class safety practices
- The position would be expected to spend approx. 50% of his/ her time conducting trainings and inspections at forestry operations.
- Manage a team of OHS specialists and outsourced security in forestry.
- Ensure the security in forestry operation are well managed and developed and provided most cost effective manner.

Responsibility on Sustainability:
- Set overall Sustainability agenda for SEGX Forestry
- Controlling negative environmental impacts and ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Manage SEGX Sustainability’s environmental program across all SEGX forestry areas
- Develop and manage training system to improve environment awareness in Stora Enso Forestry
- Responsible for environmental monitoring after 90 days of harvesting
- Cooperate with Silviculture and Wood Supply departments to ensure environmental considerations are being integrated into their work instructions
- Participate in certification and annual auditing
- Work with QA and relevant Forestry Operations and Planning teams (including Roads Teams) to plan and implement monthly environmental monitoring activities
- Ensure forestry environment issues are considered and have the solution up to the certification and NGOs requirements
- Address pre-engagement requirements for forestry operations, particularly in the area of social risk
- Ensure that pre-engagement effectively assesses social risk to operations, and information gathered in the field is fed to TSG office for build-up of the Social Profiling Database and Creation of Social Risk Briefs
- Work with communities to maintain positive long-term relationship, addressing potential long-term risks where possible
- Plan monthly social engagement activities, in alignment with the annual harvesting plan
- Ensure that pre-engagement effectively assesses social risk to operations is addressed and recorded
- Ensure the execution of all social engagement activities, including the prioritization of villages
- Address the other requirements of Group and External Customers, including those related to rental payments checking, human rights, and Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC)
- Maintain relationships with appropriate organizations and applicable NGOs as approved by Director of Forestry Operation

Qualification:
- More than 10 years’ working experience in relevant field
- Previous experience in managing OHS or Sustainability, preferably in multinational cultural environment
- Knowledge of Management System Standards (such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 or ISO 9001) is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively in Guangxi Area
- Strong forestry background is an advantage
- Strong track record driving change processes including strong leadership focus
- Experience of world class safety/Sustainability culture background is expected
- Ability to cooperate and work cross functions, having a natural interest to involve people

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
