职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Support PM to manage the cost to achieve the cost objective of project.
? Establish cost control procedure of project.
? Cost estimation especially for the construction changes.
? Lead the implementation of cost control procedure in the project team.
? Manage the interface between project cost and owner cost.
? Establish cost WBS of project as per owner’s cost WBS requirement.
? Check cost data in owner tool (SAP) after receipt of data transmittal from SE F&A team, and inform the SE F&A to correct the wrong data booking in SAP.
? Maintain cost data in project cost control tool (CF tool) after receipt of PO and invoices.
? Check the deviation of cost data between project cost control tool (CF tool) and tool (SAP) on a monthly basis, document the deviation in the deviation list.
? Issue cash flow forecast (report from CF tool) to SE’s F&A team on a monthly basis.
? Check invoices and take corrective actions for wrong invoices.
? Create PR in tool (SAP) for each procurement package.
? Administrate the project data to manage the timesheet.
? Maintain current assignment sheet of project as per the actual approved man-hours.
? Support PM to prepare the monthly progress report of project.
? Monitor cost of project and inform project team to take corrective actions for deviation.
? Identify cost risks of project and inform project team to take mitigation actions.
? Support SE F&A team to capitalize the project cost after mechanical completion
? Support PM to manage the change of project, and maintain the change log of project.

Requirement:
? More than 5 years international project management related working experience
? Excellent English communication skill
? SAP knowledge , construction management and procurement experience
? Construction cost estimation experience
? Registered cost engineer

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
