职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Manage the quality of construction management of project.
? Establish responsibilities and work flows for all subordinates and field support personnel.
? Develop construction execution plan
? Develop the construction quality plan during preliminary design phase, and implement the quality plan during construction phase.
? Support PM to plan construction management manhours during preliminary phase.
? Lead the constructability review or studies for construction feasibility during preliminary and Detailed Engineering phase
? Participate in Piping Design System (PDS) model reviews, and contribute construction feasibility check.
? Support PM and scheduler to develop project baseline schedule with input of construction work breakdown, sequence of activities, duration of activities, and logic relationship among the activities.
? Make labor and machinery resources planning to support the scheduling of construction, check the contractor’s manpower plan to validate the construction schedule.
? Support scheduler to define the WBS of construction contractor’s level-4 schedule, review and approve the contractor’s level-4 schedule.
? Identify risks of construction and develop mitigation plans.
? Conduct daily inspection of site construction work.
? Review the contractor’s daily report and weekly report, and support scheduler for physical progress checking.
? Establish the contractor’s daily report and weekly report templates together with scheduler, and train the contractors to use the templates.
? Lead construction management team to maintain the construction documentation as per actual construction progress till the completion of as-built documentation.
? Lead construction management team to review and approve the construction execution plan, Method Statements/WPS/PQR submitted by contractors.
? Conduct regular construction coordination meetings with contractors.
? Lead the system handover with owner.
? Lead the site inspection for the acceptance of partial completion and full completion of contractor’s work, lead the construction management team to prepare punch list and execute punch-killing activities till the complete acceptance of project.
? Manage the relationship with construction contractors to avoid labor conflicts.
? Manage the relationship with construction Supervision Company, and ensure that all documentation is completed and submitted by the supervision company at project closeout.
? Establish the materials management procedure for owner’s free-issue materials, and lead the construction management team to manage the owner’s free-issue materials together with construction contractor.
? Support PM and procurement function to develop the contracting plan, lead the preparation of technical documents of request for proposal (or invitation to bid), lead bid clarification and evaluation.
? Ensure that the construction management team fully understands the scope of construction contract, support procurement function on change management and claim management.
? Lead the construction management team to verify the quantities of completed work or completed milestones to support the certification of payment to construction contractors as per the construction contract.
? Coordinate with engineering team to resolve design conflicts and design errors identified during construction phase.
? Control the change on site to a minimum and must level.
? Support HSE function to implement the Project HSE Plan during construction phase.
? Support PM to prepare the monthly progress report related to construction.

Requirement:
? More than 20 year’s international engineering company and project construction management related working experience
? Strong communication skill
? Active with strong leadership and ownership
? Excellent English communication skill
? Fully understand western quality standard
? Fully understand western HSE standard

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
