Roles & Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will work effectively on multi-discipline engineering capital project teams, as well as other project related cross-functional teams. This position will focus on the managing all qualification activities on the capital project. Following successful project completion,
Main tasks during project execution:
? Prepare technical portion of RFP documents regarding quality control (e.g., Inspection and test plan, quality control instructions, etc.).
? Participate in RFP clarification meeting to provide clarification and explanation to bidders, and prepare reply to bidder questions regarding quality control matters.
? Perform technical evaluation on bids/proposals regarding quality control, participate in bid clarification meeting when quality matters need to be clarified, provide input to Technical Bid Evaluation regarding quality matters.
? Prepare technical portion of contract documents regarding quality control (revise relevant contents in RFP documents by incorporating all clarification agreements).
? Participate in Jobsite Kick-off Meetings and Progress Review Meetings as required by CA, and provide relevant inputs to minutes of meeting.
? Perform timely review on contractor submittals related to quality control matters (e.g., construction organization plan, construction method statement, etc.), and prepare appropriate response.
? Assist (as required) the Project Manager in the development and review of the project quality system documentation (QA Plan, Activity Plans, etc.)
? Prepare and issue audit reports (internal and external) noting system non-conformances and Verifying effective corrective / preventive actions.
? Follow-up audit findings and corrective / preventive actions. Assess (as required) Suppliers' capability to meet the quality requirements of the project.
? Maintain project QA records for the phase of the project.
? Manage, and when necessary execute, the Qualification activities to ensure successful transition from design to commercial manufacturing of a GMP solids facility. This includes qualification planning, quality risk assessments, protocol development and execution (DQ, IQ,), and production start-up.
? Support operation qualification for the verification.
Requirement:
? More than 15 year’s internarial engineering company and project QC management related working experience
? Strong communication skill
? Active with strong leadership and ownership
? Fully understand material, equipment and construction quality standard (Chinese and Europe)
? Fully understand construction QC in Chine.

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
