Major tasks and responsibilities:
This role is hired by Storea Enso (Guangxi) Forestry Co., Ltd.

1. Provide legal advice to the business departments (Mill and Forestry) and Shared Service Functions, covering legal matters in extensive fields, such as purchase of goods and services, sale of timber, labor, finance, lending and banking services, corporate governance, land lease, work safety, custom, transportation, dispute resolution, etc.

2. Conduct legal research for legal matters in various aspects.

3. Responsible for legal document draft and review, e.g. contract, agreement, company policy and process, letter, minutes, report, email response, notice, etc.

4. Attend business meetings and negotiations as needed.

5. Provide legal support in litigation and arbitration.

6. Support in legal training when needed.

7. Support to and cooperate with other members of the legal department.

8. Other matters as instructed and requested.


Job Requirements:

- Major in Law, passed National Judicial Exam.

- Bachelor degree or above from a reputable law school, overseas study experience an advantage.

- At least 3 years of legal work experience in-house or private practice, experience in multinational company is preferred.

- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.

- Good analytical skill, prudent and having attention to details.

- Efficient, responsible and reliable.

- Good team-work spirit.

- Experience in manufacturing, forestry, or financing related matters will be an advantage.

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
