Position Summary
? Support Top Line Schedule
? Support inventory control/E&O reduction/internal inventory transferring
? Support PPV/PPM/freight cost reduction
? Purchasing Order releasing on time/exception report action/invoice/receipt match/F4000 report action

Key Areas of Responsibility
? Enter and maintains product sourcing rules and assignment sets, item pricing, and related data
? Work with necessary parties to resolve order issues; ensure materials are available and order is accurate for production
? Work on a diverse scope, which requires analysis within general defined practice Use of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
? Work on problems / issues of moderate complex scope within defined procedures and practices
? Monitor inventory levels to ensure material will be available to meet customer delivery requirements
? Provide end user help desk support while meeting/exceeding ERP support standard
? Responsible for working with internal organizations to resolve issues generate reports as requested
? Identify areas of improvement, understand issues, take corrective action or escalates appropriately
? Supervise buyer activities; ensures compliance with sourcing strategy and policy

Basic Requirements
? BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Operations Research, or other related discipline
? 5 or more years business analytics, demand planning/forecasting, along with related operations and data management exposure
? Working expertise with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access), expertise with Business Objects or similar business intelligence applications, etc.
? Strong quantitative analytical skills, business acumen and insight; with the ability to understand and synthesize data from various sources, work around data limitations, and form impactful judgments and insights
? Ability to build an inventory planning & forecasting analysis and optimization process enabling delivery of strategic supply chain plans and results (e.g., reductions in inventories; etc.)
? Understanding of best-in-class planning processes with the ability to interpret complex data, leverage information for business decision-making, and develop/implement cost beneficial solutions
? Exceptional communication and influencing skills in order to indirectly influence and lead cross-organizational/cross-functional teams and outside professionals; including practical working experience in a matrix environment
? Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in outputs
? Excellent problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and project management skills/capabilities
? Solid presentation and written communication skills
? Knowledge of ERP application
