Job Description:

- Lead a virtual team in GCA to support all technical levels of T&T accounts

- Provide professional 2^nd line support in client-server, networking products

- Ensure the JIT service delivery, readiness and training to meet requirements

- Provide remote technical support and interpretation to field CEs in English/Mandarin

- Edit training materials and working reports periodically

Required Skills/Experience:

- Strong troubleshooting capability and proven related experience over 7 years

- CCNA is a must and CCNP or other advanced CISCO certificates are preferable

- Demonstrate a strong understanding and install/support experience of networking, protocols (such as TCP/IP), network structure/topology, and configuration with a network infrastructure

- Expert level inter-networking troubleshooting in a large scale network environment, experience with technologies like UCS, Vmware, telepresence a plus

- Able to build server and related hardware (HP, Dell, Sun servers etc) and have install/support experience of Linux, Unix, Windows, Netware, Vmware administration

- Strong technical account management skills and project management experience

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
