职位目标:
通过与系统客户建立良好的关系，制定共同发展规划，完善日常合作管理，建立共赢关系，推动双方业绩的持续增长


主要职责:
l 定期拜访客户及进行回顾，建立不同层级沟通平台，来搭建良好的客情关系
l 与客户制定共同发展规划（年度合作协议、促销计划及执行），推动合理分销，影响有效陈列，通过了解客户营运模式， 优化和提升公司营运管理
l 管理应收帐款、执行价格策略、合理使用及控制客户费用，确保公司利润
l 管理团队成员， 使之成为一支更为有效的执行团队并与其它部门更好地协作
l 执行公司渠道策略，推动新渠道业务，拓深现有系统，开拓新系统、新客户



任职资格：
l 市场营销或管理类相关专业大专以上学历
l 五年以上快速消费品行业相关ＫＡ工作经验，其中二年以上管理经验
l 熟悉卖场、连锁超市及便利等各渠道的门店管理及操作流程，掌握ＫＡ销售渠道操作流程，有麦德龙、沃尔玛、家乐福等系统管理经验者优先
l 良好的沟通协调、谈判说服能力，极强的逻辑思维能力；
l 具有很强的团队合作精神
l 能熟练运用办公软件：如WORD,EXCEL, POWERPOINT
