职位描述

Key areas of responsibility:
-Understand business strategic need and make Training Needs analysis , Build up sales learning solution roadmap and annual training plan
-Develop and upgrade sales training solutions based on the needs and training effect
-Responsible for sales training delivery quality and efficiency:
-Manage and Lead sales training solution team

Main job tasks:
Understand business strategic need and make Training Needs analysis, Build up sales learning solution roadmap and annual training plan
-Understand Business strategy and competence development needs in the sales organization; Work with Sales operation and Marketing product managers to develop sales training solutions timely and effectively accordingly.
-Make training needs analysis and Build up sales learning solution roadmap
-Set up learning solutions structures in sales Learning Portfolio based on Novo Nordisk way of sales, the business strategy and Novo Nordisk sales competency model.
-Make sales training roadmap for each level according to job requirements, competence requirements
-Make Annual training plan and schedule timely
-Make training solution communication package and communicate to all the stakeholders timely

Develop and upgrade sales training solutions based on the needs and training effect
-Work with sales operation team, Marketing product managers and training consultants to develop new training solutions and keep the existing training solutions updated based on Training Effect: considering 70/20/10 principle and all learning methodology
-Manage sales training solution development projects and make sure to meet project milestone timely.
-Be responsible for the training effect of all the training solutions in charge
-Develop training follow up mechanism improving the training effectiveness.
-Training consultants follow up after the training
-eLearning and blended training solutions
-Organize championship and event in sales cycle meeting to strength the training effectiveness

Responsible for sales training delivery quality and efficiency:
-Set up trainer pool for all courses in the portfolio and support trainer’s competence development for the training delivery.
-Arrange trainer’s time for the delivery according to the schedule and make sure the delivery quality
-vender management and contract management. Manage local venders and assesses new ones in area. Select suitable training vendor for program design and training delivery if necessary. All external vender need sign NDA and NN contract in advance.
-Make sure the Quality of the training delivery
-Control training cost
-Coaches, consults and Support Training consultant and counterparts to customize the learning solutions.

Manage and Lead sales training solution team
-Manage Sales training solution team working process to make sure the project and delivery process in place
-Motivate and coach team members
-Develop the competence of subordinate
-Make high quality Performance Appraisal and Individual Development Plan for the subordinate
-Make sure the quality of team member’s work
-Monitor and responsible for the team expenses
-Monthly report.

Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
1.Rich experience in sales management in pharma industry and have experience in training delivery and training planning and development within MNC.
2.Fluent English in oral & writing
3.Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.

Education:
-Strong communication and presentation skills
