职位描述：

岗位职责:

1、教育督导员工遵守安全操作规程，排查改善安全隐患，保障现场安全生产；

2、制定完善岗位SOP/SSOP，并执行，使产品符合食品安全，质量稳定受控；

3、合理安排人员排班和生产排程，保障产品及时供应和加班工时受控；

4、对车间物料和低耗品实施月度计划和统计管理，控制物料消耗；

5、对现场实施有效监管：物品规划、清洁保持、改善浪费；

6、部门经理安排的其他相关事宜。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、食品或机械专业优先；

3、有20人以上团队管理经验；

4、具有质量体系HACCP、ISO、AIB等知识的优先；

5、开朗，有积极求真研究精神；

6、具有较强的独立担当能力，成熟解决问题的思维方法和技巧；

7、具有良好的员工口头沟通和清晰书面数据分析表达能力；

8、能适应翻班。
