DEPARTMENT’S TOP 3 OBJECTIVES:
1. Manage/coordinate new toothbrush development activities across all functions, including GTD (Global Toothbrush Division – Marketing, R&D, Technology, Net Ops), CSX PSC function and suppliers.
2. Ensure the products are commercialized in accordance with Quality, EOHS, Product Safety, and Regulatory Standards
3. Optimize / Simplification / New technology / innovation on Injection process (Material / Process / Mold / Machine / Handle engineering design)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New material innvoation / qualification / implement activities between R&D and PSC , ensure the products are commerialized in accordance with Quality, EOHS, Product Safety, and Regulatory Standards.
2. Support on material improvement/ Engineering test/ Root cause analyze to support production team .
3. Identify and implement Funding the Growth (saving) projects such as material localization, material simplification .
LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISION:
1. Effective execution
2. Analysis and Decision Making
3. Result oriented
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree - MAJOR: Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
1. 3 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience Required
2. 3 Years of Functional Experience Required
3. Position Specific Requirement, if any: 3 Years of related experience, 2 years of Project management Experience Required
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Mechanical knowledge, Manufacturing knowledge, Project management knowledge.
2. Good at communication and co-ordination, project management skill, English CET-4 and above, leadership skill.
SKILLS:
1. Molding (mold / Injection / Plastic knowledge)
2. Project management
LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:
1. Analysis/Decision Making
