Main Responsibilities:


1. Contractor management: Ensure follow up Nestle rules.
2. Project quality control: Right design, order right equipment. Compliance. Installation above Nestle average standard.
3. ProjectCost control: Clear job specification and drawing for tender.
4. Project timing control: Economic driven.
5. Working place management: Good organization of goods lead time and installation schedule.
6. Safety control :Follow up Nestle rule and keep working place clear and orderliness. Ensure have safe working place and No accident happen.
7. Document management: Update as built drawings after project, installation manuals & calculations, setup M&I plan for new installations
8. Hand over: Filing, Drawing, catalogue, M&I plan etc In system. Give sufficient new installation training to production operators and engineering M&I team.
9. Asset management: Work with F.C., New installation asset conversion, and old asset relocation information update in SAP.
10. M&I assistant: To be able to help M&I for modification and urgent repairs.
11. Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements
12. Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior.




Required Qualifications:


1.University education or equivalent experience in Engineering /technical
2.Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering: thermodynamics, fluid mechanic, pumps, compressors, heat exchanger, etc
3.Operation & Maintenance of machines and tools.
4. Nestle Maintenance System
5. Understanding flow sheets & drawings
