Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To win clients’ trust and confidence to our in vitro drug discovery service by responsible communication.
2. Design and develop cell and molecular assays to screen compounds and evaluate compounds’ in vitro potency.
3. Utilize literature data sets to design and test hypothesis for drug targets, design and explore MOA study for new compounds.
4. Interpret biochemical and cell based experiments’ data, report the project progress and present the data to clients.
5. Develop internal capabilities and extend present in vitro service platform.
6. Manage and direct the activities of a group of research scientists.
7. Support business development on in vitro biology for more service orders.

Job Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. in biology, cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, virology, pharmacology or a related field with an outstanding scientific track record
2. More than 5 years of drug discovery experience with more than 2 years in management
3. Experience with molecular biology methods and assays developments on drug targets, such as Kinase, GPCR, transporter, etc.
4. Excellent management, training and education skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and good ability to work in a team-based environment
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
