Job Requirement:

1. A recognized strong leader in pharmaceutical R&D to serve as Senior Director of Biology. Qualifications include a Ph.D. degree in biological sciences with at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, at least 6 years of experience in leadership roles in disease biology and therapy development, USA is preferred.
2. Extensive work experience in drug discovery including in vitro biology, assay development, etc.Expertise area may include oncology, CNS, metabolic and inflammatory diseases. Strong experiences in major target classes including kinases, GPCR, nuclear receptors and/or other major disease targets is required.
3. Strong leadership to supervise a team of 10+ scientists and to connect different functions across the company to accomplish projects in drug discovery.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
