职位描述

Make plans for products and raw materials, managing the development works and realize the plans.

制定所负责的产品/材料的研发和成本节约计划，组织领导相关产品，原材料和工艺的研发。

Make plans and manage trials for Research Special Run and Manufacturing Special Run, correctly and timely report the trial result.

制定RSR/MSR并组织实际，确保及时准确的报告和跟踪。

Develop the raw material and product specification and get them approved in time. Also responsible for specification’s revision.

制定原材料和产品规范，并确保其及时签属。并负责起草/核实/签属产品规范的变更

Complete the documentations required by internal control and ISO9000.

根据公司内控和相应质量体系的要求完成相应的文件性工作。

Apply raw material and product safety clearance, confirm Right to Practice.

为材料和产品申请安全号和专利，确认RTP。

Develop suppliers together with purchasing and SEQ team, ensure raw material supply.

和采购，质量部门一起开发供应商，确保原材料供应。

Periodical market research and new product evaluation.

定期地调研测试市场上最新产品、原材料

Technical support to mills.

对工厂进行技术支持。

l Bachelor or master degree. At least CET4, great English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

本科学位或以上，英语4级，熟练的英语听说读写能力。

l R&D and process working experience in related industry is preferred.

相关行业工作经验，有研发或工艺经验者优先。

l Project management knowledge and experience.

项目管理知识和经验。

l Specialty in Mechanical and non-woven is preferred.

机械，无纺布等专业优先。

l Good on CAD and office software.

熟练运用CAD及其他电脑办公软件。
